Reini \u00fcbermittelt dir wichtige Informationen zur Bestimmung und Nutzung der B\u00e4ume und Str\u00e4ucher (\u00fcber 50 Pflanzen) im Jahreszyklus.<\/p>\n

In diesem Kurs lernst du au\u00dferdem, wie du k\u00f6stliches Baumwasser gewinnen kannst und welche B\u00e4ume zu den wichtigsten Saftb\u00e4ume z\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n

Das Bestimmen von B\u00e4umen und Str\u00e4uchern ohne Bl\u00e4tter in der kalten Jahreszeit kann eine Herausforderung sein. Reini zeigt dir Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt wie auch du diese F\u00e4higkeit erlangen kannst und gibt dir wertvolle Tricks um rascher zu einem Ergebnis zu kommen.<\/p>\n

Auch wichtige Details zum Lebenszyklus von B\u00e4umen sind Bestandteil des Kurses.<\/p>\n

H\u00e4ufige Fragen zum Baummentor<\/h3>\n

Sind alle Teile der Eibe giftig?<\/strong>
\nDie meisten Eibenarten, wie die Europ\u00e4ische Eibe (taxus baccata), enthalten sehr giftige Inhaltsstoffe wie Taxin. Giftig sind Rinde, Holz, Nadeln und Samen. Der rote Samenmantel enth\u00e4lt jedoch keine Giftstoffe und kann mit Vorsicht (!!!) damit der Kern nicht verschluckt wird gegessen werden.<\/p>\n

Wann kann man Schlehen ernten?<\/strong>
\nDie Schlehenfr\u00fcchte reifen ab September aus. Sie werden jedoch meist erst nach dem ersten Frost am Strauch geerntet. Durch Frosteinwirkung (Naturfrost oder Tiefk\u00fchlk\u00e4lte) wird ein Teil der bitter schmeckenden und adstringierend wirkenden Gerbstoffe in den Fr\u00fcchten enzymatisch abgebaut. Reif werden die Fr\u00fcchte beispielsweise zur Herstellung von Fruchtsaft und Obstwein sowie Marmelade und als Zusatz zu Lik\u00f6r verwendet. Nicht fertig ausgereift: k\u00f6nnen sie wie Oliven angesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Kann ich Holler mit giftigen Pflanzen verwechseln?<\/strong>
\nJa, es gibt eine sehr \u00e4hnliche Pflanzen mit der der Schwarze Holunder\u202f(sambucus nigra) oft verwechselt wird. Doppelg\u00e4nger zum Holler: Der Zwerg-Holunder oder Attich (sambucus ebulus) \u2013 Es sind alle Pflanzenteile giftig!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
